Pre-Kinder qualification:

  • The applicant must already be four (4) years old by September 31, 2024.


UNA CASITA PRE-K ADMISSIONS APPLICATION PROCESS
 

Step 2: Accomplish the form and submit all required documents to admin@unacasita.ph
 
Step 3: Fill-out this link: Una Casita Child Info Sheet
 
Step 4: After completion of Step 1-3, an invoice will be sent to your email for payment instruction on the application fee
 
Step 5: Schedule for the three-day student assessment and parent interview will be sent to your email
 
Step 6: Results of the admissions will be sent via email
 


Requirements:

Forms: 
  • Una Casita Pre-K Application Form
     
  • Accomplished/Updated Una Casita Child Info Sheet
     


Documents:
 
  • Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
     
  • Copy of immunization/ vaccination records
     
  • Recent ID photo of the child (white background)
     
  • Recent family photo
     
  • Updated Special Needs Report (no more than 6 mos. if applicable)
     
  • Affidavit of Legal Guardianship (if applicable)
